3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription

4. Data and Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, GOIE aggregates data from third-party sources and uses AI analysis. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Completeness or accuracy of opportunity data
• Availability of opportunities at the time you access them
• Success outcomes from pursuing identified opportunities
• Investment returns or business results

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GOIE are owned by Business Agility Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSINESS AGILITY GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components
• Any errors or omissions in content or data

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

9. Termination
